The regular meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission was held
on Tuesday,January 22,1991.Randy Foster,acting chairman,
called the meeting to order at 7,30 P.M.
Roll was taken and the following

members
Absent:Casey,Royer,Korpanty
The following guests were present,Kelly Lint-Developer,Steve
Pierce-Veenstra &Kimm,Jim Berner.
Dianna Van Zee was present and taking minutes.
Mark Casey arrived at 7,35 P.M.and took over as Chairman of the
meeting.
Bob Barrett,City Council Representative,arrived at 7:38 P.M.
Kelly Lint discussed Corene Acres Plat 12.Discussion took place
that the Performance Bond was in place.Paving is to be put in
in the spring.He is requesting approval so it can go before the
next City Council meeting.
Steve Pierce,Veenstra &Kimm,stated they were in conformance
with ordinance.
Discussed the need for a Maintenance Bond for paving and that no
building permits can be issued unless all bonds are in place.
Lloyd Royer and Mark Broderick arrived at 7,44 P.M.
Bob Barrett discussed the park set aside land.It's to be used
as a Greenbelt Area.
Before Paul Huscher would approve Co rene Acres Plat 12 he wants
to have four items taken care of,(1)See abstract,(2)see
attorneys opinion about ownership of 8 1/2 ft"(3)maintenance
bond on pavement,(4)sidewalk maintenance bond/performance bond.
Discussed not allowing occupancy permit until the sidewalks are
in.
Motion by Applegate,second by'Steele to accept Co rene Acres Plat
12 when approval has been met by Paul Huscher,City Attorney on
the four items listed.Carried 5 to 0.
Will look at the corrections of the Subdivision Ordinances during
the March meeting.
