He et Lng was called to order by Chairma-n,LeRoy '!lolfe.
Ruby Mertes reported on the Feb.1 Council Meeting.
Dennis Spencer presented a plat to his lot at the
S.W.corner of Northview and 4th street.The Deed
has been recorded.The lot is zoned R-1.He would
like to split the lot to make 2 lots.In order to do
this,it would be necessary for the lot to be changed
from R-1 to R-2 zoning.RUby l;.lertesmade motion that
Planning and Zoning recommend to the Council that the
zoning of said lot be chw1ged from R-1 to R-2.Gilbert
Stanley seconded the motion.
Motion was defeated.3 to 2.
LeRoy Wolfe will attend the March 1 Council Meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
Next regular meeting will be March 16,7:30 pvn .•
