The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Present:Mart e5,MUllen,Waugh,Berner,Neubauer
Absent:Wolfe,KellBr
Berner reported on'the Counoil meeting of Feb.9,1970.He
r-eper-b ed that -the fire dept.and -the t ewn wants te update the
fire equipment.lin election in both town and ceuntry must be
held in erder t e make a contract to do this.The Council
m voted to bu.y uniforms for t he night marshalls.Lyle Smith
reported ·~hat the -I;",wn of Waukee can have (lountry mail de-
livery if Y€lUlive out t mile fr0m the Post Office.The

ings.The Secretary Will send a card to him every month.The'
Geuneil is considering additional water storage tor the town.

their part of the sewer study and continu.e with Oakes Engi-
neering en t he Sewer Study.
