Mr.Walter Hinkson was present also to go over his plans of
his proposed Mobile HOlliePark In:1;h us.The~uestion of ex~
tending utilities to this area by the toWn Was sisoussed.The
Commission does not recommend extension of util3:l;y lines at
this time.We would like to see the tow'wait'on this until
the'phaee of CapHa1 Intprovements is raaohed in our Scope of
Sarvioes.Aocordibg to Mr.Claude this would probably be in
May.
The preliminary repor£of Park and Reoreation Facilities was
presented to us by Mr.Glaude.
The preliminary plat of George Gray was reviewed.Keller made
