Present:Ruby Mertes,Jim Berner,Jake Keller,IleRoy Wolfe,
Dennis Dolmage,Gilbert Stanley,Joe Neubauer.
Absent:John Felton,Ruby Waugh
Guests:Henry Oakes,C.D.Lint.
Meeting was called to order by chairman,LeRoy Wolfe.
Minutes of last meeting were approved as submitted.
Revised Pr e Li.m.i.rrar-yPlat #5 thru 8,Concrete paving,storm
sewer and sffilitary sewer plans were presented,also plans
for sidewalks and water mains.Perfornance Bonds for
installation of the former were also included for study
and approval by the t own engineer.Jake Keller made motion
weacc?pt the ;revised Preliminary Plat 1/3 thru 8 and approve
final plat if 5.Dennis Dolmage seconded the motion.

Question called on the motion and
LeRoy Wolfe read a letter received from a C.P.A.firm
representing Park Towne.Since it concerned milleage rate,
the letter was referred to the town clerk.
A letter from Mr.Pace of Park Towne was read by Ch aLz-man,
LeRoy Wolfe.Photos of the developement of Park Towne were
sent for the Commission to study.
LeRoy Wolfe reported on the March Council meeting.It was
reported that the recomendations made by the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the January 12,1971 meeting were app-
roved by the Town Council
January 12,1971 minutes reconmendation on easement should
have read -"recommend to the Council that subdivision
regulation amendment be made for utility easement from -
not less than (5)five feet -to not less than 7ft feet for
rear lot lines.
Town Council is asking that we think about rezoning property
along highway i/G to C 1.After discussion,Commission again
requests a new base map so we can further study the question.
Gilbert Stanley brought up the question abouL vacating the
alley between Laurel and Map Le ,Co:nmission would Lf.ke to Jmow
the status of the proceedings,since the apartment building
is in violation of Zoning Ordinance.
Gilbert Stanley will attend the next Council !cleeting.
Our next Planning and Zoning meeting will be April 20,1971.
