Dennis Dolmage moved that minutes of February 15,1972 be approved as dis-
tributed.Hugh Grandfield seconded -Motion Carried.
Report By John Felton:
Lathrop Addition -building permit issued.
Registered letter should now be sent to Jack Carey and legal owner of
property with return receipt.
(See January 18th,1972 minutes),
One building permit issued to Biersma for east lot -John to check on
permissible lot sizes on Biersma property on Northview at 4th Street
to be sure that southward extension of 4th Street not be impaired.
John to bring George Gray's plat and permits to check on whether up to
date regarding Certificates of Occupancy.
Gilbert Stanley reported on the March 13,1972 Town Council Meeting.
Gilbert Stanley will attend the next Town Council Meeting on April 10th,1972.
Next regular Planning and Zoning meeting will be April 18,1972 •
