Meeting was called to order by Chairman,LeRoy Wolfe.
Mr.Jack Carey requested that property at the S.E.corner of
~.th and 'Iighway 6 be changed from R-2 to C-1 for the purpose
of raising and selling nursery stock and operating a produce
stand in the garage of the residence.The legal description
of the property is as follows:w.16 rods of the E.171.2 rods of the N.10 rods of
section 33 in twp.79 N.rmlGe 26 W.of the 5th 1'.~.
in the town of Waukee,Dallas Co.,Iowa.
After receiving a legal opinion from our rown Lawyer,1'aul
Huscher,James Berner Bade motion to r o connend to the Council
that the property be re-z,oned from R-2 to C-1.Ruby !Tcrtes
2nd the l"otion.

It was also r-oo ommon d e d that we begin study of further re-
zoning after receiving the new base map.
