Present:Jim Berner,Don Faust,Luke Gruber,and Claire Chedester
James F.Levy came before the Planning and Zoning to present the site plan
for the Prairie Village of Waukee Development.
Jim Berner made the motion
Faust seconded the motion.

The Commission has been working with the Central Iowa Regional Association of Local Gov-
ernment to up date the Planning and Zoning books.This up-date is to be completed by
June 30,1975,extra meetings have been held to completed by June 30,1975.
Three members are still needed to fill the vacancies on this Commission.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn -carried.
