Present:Dennis Dolmage,Hugh Grandfield,Gil Stanley,Ruby Mertes.John
Belton,Waukee Administrative Officer was also present.
Absent:John Hamilton,Leroy Wolfe and Jim Berner.
Guests:William Kirkland &Russ Hanson.
William Kirkland &Russ Hanson were introduced and presented Walnut Ridge
Preliminary Plat #1 for cons~deration.Dennis Dolmage maie motion &Ruby
Mertes seconded that approval of Walnut Ridge Preliminary Plat #1 be given
subject to change to 10 foot utility easements and that county road require-
ments for width be met.Motion carried.
Country Club Knolls preliminary plat #1 was presented for approval.
Motion made by Ruby Mertes that we accept Preliminary Plat #1 of Country
Club Knolls,seconded by Dennis Dolmage.Motion carried.
Dallas County P &Z will hold their meeting on Tuesday May 23,1972 and will
reconsider the aforementioned plats~
Minutes of March 21,1972 meeting were approved as presented.
Administrative Officers Report was made by John Felton.
It was noted that houses are apparently again being built in Corene Acres
without proper distance between homes.John Felton will check on this.
Permit§should not be issued in numbers.
Chairman Stanley read letter of resignation from LeRoy Wolfe.Resignation
accepted with regret.
Since meeting time was running long,a tenative date of May 24,was set for
special meeting on proposed ordinances.
Officers for the coming year were elected:
Chairman:Ruby Mertes
Vice Chairman:Hugh Grandfield
Remaining members:Gil Stanley,Dennis Dolmage and John Hamilton.One
vacancy now on the commission.
Motion made for adjournment -Carried.
