Rex Eads represented the Central Iowa Regional Planning
Commission.He presented water and sewer sanitary
system study maps for Dallas,Warren and Plb:lk Counties.
Don Lamberti,K.C.Fish and Merle Newmanwe r e rep-
resenting Casey's General Stores Inc.,Who's home office
is at Ames,Iowa.They asked for a building permit for
gasoline pumps and general store at 4-th and ashworth.
The plan was approved as shown with the exception that
a sidewalk go along t.he south side of the property,
location and elevation specified by the city engineer.
Neubauer made motion for approval.Wolf seconded motion.
Motion passed unanimously.Exception waived for the
gasoline pumps.
Neubauer reported on the last council meeting.
Neubauer made the motion that the city not pay any
additional money for the paving of 1 st st.between
Waukee Ave.and plat 4-.The contractor should follow
specifications.The motion was seconded by Berner.
Motion passed unffilimously.
The Commission recommends that the City Clerk inform
George Gray to conform to regulations for side yards
in R -2 Zoning.
