Present:Neubauer,Keller,Olson,Brickert Mullen Absent:LeRoy Wolfe The meeting was called to order by chairman Doug.Brickert.The first topic of discussion was the building of storage sheds in the mobile trailer park. It was Questioned whether this was allowed under the mobile park regulations,and have permits been issued. The commission would like to recommend that the town council check into this as some sheds are at present going up.The commission wpuld like also to have some copies of the mobile trailer park regulations if possible. ~This was to be a reorganizational me et i ng , The terms of Ronald Olson and Gene Ammon are expired as of now.The commission recommends that the Mayor appoint two membe:cs to fill these two posi tions.This is to make it possible for us to eiect new officers for the coming year. We will try to hold a reorganizational meeting as soon as possible after the appointments are made. The next ord€r of business was the approval of the George Gray Plat 4 dated May 23,i969.It was moved ~.gt!@Pp~s~H~a {ifig,ffil~@fis£~.Neubauer to approve this plat. Four other matters were brought to the attention of the Commission and are being passed on to the Council to be considered and lookefi into. A.Lack of surface drainage in town.(storm sewers) B.Need of extension of streets (2)from Corene Acres to6th.Str~~t. C.Enforcing the existing zoning ordinance I#I§II (abandoned and junk cars in parking and back yards.) D.Lack of cummunication between Council and Planning Commission)Commmsion would like to informed as to what has been or is being done about it's recommendations. Next on the agenda was the House Plan of Paul Moon. Section 706 of the Zoning Ordinance was brought to our attention. It was moved by Ammon to reject the plan of Paul Moon because it doesn't comply to Section 706 of the Zoning Ordinance.Seconded by Olson.Motion passed unanimously. No action was taken on the Park Site as it was approved by approved by the Commission in our over-all Comprehensive Development Plan.The Commission feels the town IDS taking the proper action to obtain a grant for the Park Site.
