A motion was made by Gene llJl1monto adopt the Rules oil!Procedure
and striking out Article 4 on vacancies.Seconded by Janet !Sullen.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Doug Brickerl to nominate Joe Neubauer
as t his next years Pr-esd.derrb of the Co",,,18sion.Seconded by Gene }\mmon.

A motion was made by R.onald Olson to nominate Doug Brickerl
as Vice-Chairman.Seconded by Gene ~nmon.Motion carried.
A motion WaS made by Doug Brickerl to nominate J,met l1ullen as
secretary 0 Seconded by '1onald Olson.Motion carried.
The-.Chairman will meet Wit)1 Town Council and present the re-
quiremenos we voted upon D.t t his meeting subject to t'leir approval.
