A special meeting of Waukee P &Z was opened by Chairman Pierce
at 6:47 pvm ,at Haukee City Hall.
Members present:Korpanty,Heskett,Pierce and Merte-s.Absent:
Casey,Foster and Borchers.
A letter of review was presented from Snyder &Associates concerning
Mary Ann Estates Plat #3.
Guests were:Paul Huscher,Jack Inman,Al Munsterman and 3rian
Redshaw.
Redshaw and Huscher reported on one maintenance bond that did not
comply ,ilithCity of Haukee regulations for Mary Ann Estates Plat
1[3.
l1unsterman and Inman reported on the construction review and noted
all items except two had been taken care of from check list.
Korpanty made the motion that we accept final Plat in for '1ary
Ann Estates,subject to items being completed,seconded by Heskett.
Motion carried.
Heskett made motion to adjourn,second by Korpanty.Motion carried.

A special called meeting was called to order by Chairman Pierce at
7:16 p.m.at the Waukee Fire Station on June 6,1989.
Roll call of members present:Heskett,Korpanty,Pierce and "ertes.
Absent:Casey,Foster and Botchers.
Guests:Brian Redshaw,A1 t1unsterman,Kelly Lint,Bill Mikesch and
Rick Ross.
Randy Foster arrived at 7:35 p.m.
Letters were presented from Snyder &Associates concerning Co rene
Acres Plat #12 and Southfork Plat #2.The preliminary plat for
Co reue Acres Plat #12 was discussed.It was suggested by P ["Z
that a pedestrian easement be made between lots 27 and 28,also that
consideration be made on making an outlot from the rear of lots
22,23 and 24.
Final plat for Southfork Plat #2 was presented w i.t.h engineers letter
of concerns and a checklist of items that should be done in conformance
with approval of drawings and specifications.

Foster made the motion we approval final plat of Southfork Plat
#2 subject to completion of minor iflprovements (checklist 4's--
28,29,36,48 and 51)that building line be 40 feet around cul-de-',,--1
sac then vary to 35 feet to match existing building line on .
Southfork Plat #1 on lot 54 and sewer easements be 20 feet be-
tween lots 50 and 51 with engineer's approval,updating covenant
and easment agreements to meet with attorney's opinion,second by
Korpanty.Hotion carried.
Next regular meeting is June 20,1989.

The Waukee Planning &Zoning Co~ission met at the Waukee Fire
Station on June 20,1989.
Hembe r s present:Korpanty,Pierce,Heskett,He r t e s and Casey.
Absent:Borchers and Foster.IGuests:Al Murnterman,Bill Inman,Jack Inman,Frank Hoifeldt,
Bob Barrett,Kelly Lint and Bill r1ikesch.
The final site plan for Liberty Park shopping and business mall
was presented.A letter from Snyder &Associates with notes of
11unsterman's review was also discussed and addressed to the Inmans.
A letter from the Inmans,Woodwright Construction Co.,cleared
up the issued on the utilities,water retention ponds and sirnage.
Ho t Lon made by Korpanty that we accept Liberty Park site plan
as presented,seconded by Casey.Hotion carried.
Kelly Lint and Bill Mikesch presented the preliminary plat for
Corene Acres Plat #12.Hr Hikesch went over each point set forth
in a letter from Snyder and Associates.Much discussion was
held on each point.In regards to the park land dedication v7hich
is shown as outlot "Y",this area is only 0 .If acres.Mr Lint
agreed to a balance in cash value between the required dedication
and what is sbown in outlot "Y".
Hotion was made by Casey,seconded by Hertes,that vie.accept
preliminary plat #12 for Corene Acres.Vote taken--3 ayes,1
nay.Motion carried.
