The Waukee and Zoning Commissionwas called to order by
the Chairman.Doug Bricken.
Present:Brickert i Ammon,Mullen,Kramer
Absent:Neubauer,Olson Keller

There Was no old or"new business.The meeting was turned'
over to Gary ClaUde.He-intormed'us that he had gone'over
the auilding Regulations for'Trailersand trailer'parks .

dopied.He felt this was a'very good crdenance ,Wathen'
thoroughly reViewed t he Zoning Ordinance'of t he Scope of
Servioes prepared for t he Town of Waukee.1l1'.Claude re-
commendedthat the Commission'accept the'Zoning Ordinance
as presented'after striking out the Mobile'HomePark Sec-
tion.The Commission willllieet again within the next two
weeks to thoroughly go over the Zomiig ordinanoe.Wethink
it would be adviSable that the Town's Attorney and Clerk
be preeem'at this meeting'to poim out My changes in the
Ordinance that may be'made.'These should be rOrWarded to .
Mr.Claude immediately before he starts his final reports.
A motion was made by ArilllIonana s ecoaded by Kramer to 'approve
the voucher payment'oovering Paragraphs'L and'll of the Scope
of Services This covers the Capital Improvements Program
and Zoning Ordi:na~ce.Motion fiassed unanimously.
