Present:Eennis Dolmage,Jim Berner;Gilbert Stanley &
Ruby Mertes.
Absent:John Hamilton,LeRoy Wolfe,RUby waugh &John
Felton.
Guests:wally Wi thaw.
Meeting was called to order by the Chairman,Gilbert
stanley.
Minutes of the June 22,1971 meeting were corrected to
show that LeRoy Wolfe was absent from that meeting.
Minutes of June 22,1971 were then approved as corrected.
Gil stanley reported that he had contacted the Tovm
Attorney to be sure that the Planning and Zoning Com-mission was following the proper procedure with regard
to the pUblic hearings needed in connection with the
proposed zoning changes.The Town Attorney,Paul Husher,
confirmed that setting up the pUblic hearings is the
function of the Town Council.
Gilbert stanley is to attend the August Town Council
Meeting.
Our next regular meeting wi1lbe August 17,1971.
