Guests:None
Moved by Keller and seconded that the minutes of
the last meeting be approved.Motion carried.
RUby Waugh submitted her resignation to the City
Council.She will serve as secretary to the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission.
Pertaining to joint meetings of Council,Planning
and Zoning and Board of Ad justment,Council will
wait until new appointments are made to Planning
and Zoning and Board o£Adjustment.
LeRoy Wol£e reported on the special Council meeting
of June 18.
Gil Stanley reported on July 13 Council meeting •.
Group proceeded to look over building permit ap-
plication forms,building permit and zoning com-
pliance certificate forms from Indianola and Ur-
bandale.
Commission to study zoning ordiaance and sub-div-
ision regulations and continue with work on these
forms next meeting.
Jim Berner will attend the next Council,meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
