HomeMy WebLinkAbout1977-08-01-Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes89 June 6,1977 Present:Jim Berner,Claire Chedester,Don Faust and Vivian Wilson Absent:Dick Herbert and Robert Gallagher Guests:Jerry Fales and Jim Skinner Planning and ?'oning meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Mr.Fales and Mr.Skinner asked for suggestions concerning their newly acquired property.The Planning and Zoning suggested they bring in a sight plan for the commission to review.They will return at a later date with a set of plans. Planning and ?'oning meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. Continued 90 The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. A sight plan was presented by Mr.Fales and Mr.Skinner on the Hinkson property at 2nd and Ashworth.The plat did not meet the side yard requirements but the zoning commission felt it was the best arangement for the property.A motion was made by Bob Gallagher to have the board of adjustments review the plan and act on it.Seconded by Dick Herbert - carried. Mr~.Johnson inquired about zoning regulations on h~S property east of the car wash. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Mr.Poole had some questions on his property boundaries and zoning at 7th and Ashworth.The commission answered some questions on zoning regulations and suggested he have his property surveyed for lot lines.I-' Continued
