Minutes of June 20,1912 meeting were read and approved.
Jim Berner gave a report regarding the paving of Lot A of
Dupl"ezPlace.
Gil Stanley made a motion that we recommendto the Council
that they accepb Duprez Place Final Plat conditional UpOD
compliance wibh current town subdivision ordinance require-menbs on street paving,drainage and sidewalk looation.
Dennb Dolmage seconded the motion.Motion ca;rl'ied unanimously.
It was mentioned regarding the violabioB of Dusin••s signs in
yards.
Judy Corbett was appointe>d by the commission as S8creta1'Y.
Jim Berner will attend the next Council meeting of July 18,19$2
and Dennis Dolmagewill attend the Council meeting on August 14,
1912..
The next Planning and Zoning meeting will be he11ldAugust 15,1912.
Jim Be1'ller moved to adjourn the meeting.It was seconded by
John Hamilton.

Guests:Mayor Bernard Boone and Gary Peggs
Ron Potter was appointed to fill the vaoanoy on the oommission.
Mayor Bernard Boone explained about the Waukee Development Corp.
There are two companies interested in property and wish to have
the zoning changed in the northwest corner of Shoeman property.
Jim Berner moved that we anne-x the northwest cornerto the town
of Waukee now under option to the Waukee Development Corporation
known as Shoeman property be annexed as 12 zoning.Gil 8anley
seconded the motion.Motion carried.John Hamilton abstained
from voting.
