Meeting of the Waukee Planning Commission held at Town Hall;August
18,1966 with the following named members present:Jake Keller,Joe
NeUbauer,Doug Brickert,Ronald Olson,La Verne Jones,Janet Mullen,
Gene Ammon.Absent:None.
Meeting was called to order a~IiI:30 P.M.by Jake Keller,Chairman.
Minutes of the last meeting were not read as they were not available.
Primary business for the meeting was to select Engineering firms
recommended by the Iowa Development Commission as consultants.
Motion by Douglas Brickert seconded by Gene Ammon that we contact
the following firms--Anderson Engineering Co.,Harrison &Reppel,
and Powers and Associates to set up a meeting date for interviews;
in order to provide a better basis for making a selection of a
consultant.Ayes 6 Nays None.Motion carried.
Discussion on Chairman meeting with Womens Club was approved by the
members of Planning Comnlission.
Motion by Ronald Olson seconded by Gene Am~on for adjournment.
Motion carried 6 to O.
