Special Meeting September 21,1970
LeRoy Wolfe called the meeting to order.The
minutes were approved as read.

Dennis Kuhfas
Stanley,Mertes,Neubauer,
Dennis Kuhfas appeared to explain that he is int-
erested in purchasing the house at 645 Ashworth
and use part of the house as a beauty shop.Mr.
Kuhfas was interested in having the property re-
zoned to C-1.He explained that they would live
in the rest of the house.Under C-1 zoning,he
could not live in the house with the place of
business.
Planning and Zoning Commission refered to Section
505 on Non-Conforming uses,~ar~graph C.This
paragraph refers to the Board of Adjustments for
approval of another Non-Conforming business.
Meeting adjourned.
