Distance rrom Lot line to nearest building should be 2 reet -
measure rrom overhang.
Lots in R-2 should be 60 reet wide ror 1 ramily instead or SO.
Nollegal action taken on width ot right-ot-wayeasements -
lett open by Council.

Present:Jim Berner,Hugh Grandfield,Gil Stanley and Ruby Mertes
Absent:John Hamilton,Ronald Potter,Dennis Dolmage and Judy

George Gray came berore Planning and Zoning to explain Preliminary
Plat 3 through 8 and Plat #6.
George Gray agreed he will go along with 6 inch integral curb and
that restrictive oovenants will be changed to agree with zoning
ordinance.Item discussed was 6 foot setbacks on side yards to
overhang.
Jim Berner made the motion that Plat 6 revised as or date 8-24-72
would meet Planing Ile Zoning approval ir Lots 97 through 100 were
rezoned rrom Hl to ~2.Second by Hugh Grandrield -Motion approved.
Commission requests John Felton go to Trailer Park and notice that
curbing has been put in but no sidewalks.In Mr.Leopold's plan'
it calls ror ~root sidewalks with no asphaltccurb.Commission
is interested in knowing when sidewalks will bedone.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn -carried.
