Mr.Barry Bishop and Mr.Jim Berner of Bishop Engineering were also present. Barry Bishop explained a little more in detail the type of mobile park that M".r.Knapp would like to construct in Waukee.The Citmmission brought up several ideas the:h we weut.d like to see added or changed in the sample plat that he presemed to us.TfP.s plat was Just to give us an Uea-'of how the lots would be arranged etc.It was moved by Wolfe that we give Mr.Knapp a vote of 001'1- fidence on this type of mobile parl¢and also would like to see in add:i:hioll some develepmem of multiple home sites.and eingle dwellings in this area.ssceaded by Keller.Motisn passed unal'limGusly.Mr.Biehop saie his llllxt step was to send a letter to the Ceuncil ill regards to furllishing services to the Mobile Park. The Chairman instructed the Secretary to get in touch with'Joe Nuebauer to see 1f we-have a signed copy of the Ruled of·Procedure.If not,we should adopt these rules.(The secretary checked the minutes and the Rules of Procedure were adopted. at the meeting of June 1,1967.) It was br-ought to the attention of the Commission that possibly the Land across from the new school site should be zOl!.ledagricultural instead of industrial.The COlJIllIissionis in favor of this. The first .part of -the Culver Sewer study Report was read.This sewer study is not cElllJipleted ,!I i I*Moved by Keller and seconded by Wolfe that we accept the r-eccnmsnded change ell sidewalks of the Land Sub-diviSion Regulations.The Sub-Divillion Regulatisns had nst been previously -amended.Motion passed UI'lammoUisly.
