Olson's building addition was discussed.No action to be ta.ken until definite plans are brought before us. The secretary's position is still unfilled.Anyone interested in the position should contact Remo Niizzi,Town clerk. Bernard Boone,mayor of Waukee,opened the meetin~and in- troduced David Cargill and Mike McCann,Civil Engineering Consultants,representing William Kirkland who owns and or has under option lIeD acres in Eastern Dallas County.They presented to the group a preliminary plan for a development in Eastern Dallas County. The corporation plans call for dwellings with shopp~hg areas, units per acre. Dallas County Planning and Zoning now has the plan under con- sideration and no action has been taken at this time.The presentation was made to Waukee with an interest in pussible annexation.pel ~~-~k high with rise and single family an overall density of 3~4
