Guests:Paul Huscher,Mary Cavner,Dr.and Mrs.Joe
Johnson and Mr.and Mrs.Dennis Kuhfas.
Before our meeting opened,the board of aaJustments met
with Mr.and Mrs.Dennis Kuhfas in regard to re-zoning
the property at 645 Ashworth so that part of the home
could be used as a beauty shop.The board asked for a
drawing of the property and shop area to be reviewed at
their nex-t meeting.
Planning and Zoning meeting was called to order.
Minutes of the Sept.21 meeting was read and approved.
John Felton will talk to Paul Huscher and Mr.Kaufas in
regard to the change of zoning regulations to C-l and
the special exceptions.
Dennis Spencer is asking for a re-zoning of a lot from
R-l to R-2 so two homes can be built inst ead of one.
Planning and Z.oning will conduet an open hearing at our
regular Nov.17 meet.Lng on the subject.Notice of the
hearing will be published in the Dallas Co.News.Legal
description of said lot is as follows:
The south 100 feet of the nor-th 290 feet of the
east 143 feet of the N.E.quarter of the S.W.
quarter IN.E.-lh s ,W.-lh)of sec-tion 33,Twp.79
North range 26 West of the 5th P.M.,Dallas Co.
George Gray presented plat No.5 for final approval.
John Felton was asked to contact Gray and~onform with
502,Sec.1 in sub-division regulations.\FoY (;.'1"",/7<)
1.We want a final plat.
2.Performance bond or improvements.
3.Restrictive Covenants must agree with zoning.
4.He must send a representative when presented.
John Shearon presented a preliminary plat called Shearon
Place.After reviewing said p.l.at.,James Berner made the'
motion and Joe Neubauer 2nd a reques-t tha-t the developer
~his engineer meet with the commission to discuss the
PHll'lt in detaiL Motion carried unanimously.
Dennis Dolmage reported on the last Council Meeting.
Ruby Mertes will attend the next Council Meeting.
