Present:Dick Herbert,Don Faust,Joe Powell,Vivian Wilson,Bob Gallagher,
Jim Berner,and Claire Chedester

Joe Powell motioned to accept last months minutes.Dick Herbert seconded -Carried.
Inman Inc.was present to go over Woodshire West plat with Planning and
Zoning committee so any needed changes or recommendations could be made on
the plat.The following recommendations were made by the Planning and Zoning:
1.on Laurel 10"
on Woodshire 8"
on cul-de-sac 6"
Water mains
Water mains
Water minas
2.Laurel Street be 31'wide and paved
3.Street manes changed from street to circle drive
4.Woodshire Ave.should be squared off on Woodshire West Plat #1
5.25'radius at street intersections
6.15'radius on right away lines
7.Lot G be excluded from Woodshire West Plat #1
8.Lot E &F sidewalk paved 4'wide also sidewalk extended from Lot
E to railroad tracks 4'wide paved
9.Public easement 7~'on each side of lot line
10.Sidewalk intersections details be the same as on detailed sheet
Dick Herbert made motion that these recommendations should be made to
Inman Inc.,second by Bob Gallagher.Carried 7-0
Claire Chedester reminded the members of the committee that they decided
at the previous Planning and Zoning meeting to maet 0Il the first Tuesday
of the month at 8:00 P.M.starting in December.
Bob Gallagher made motion to adjourn,seconded by Dick Herbert,Carried.
