LeRoy wolfe called the meeting to order.The minuteswerereadandcorrected.
Present:LeRoy Wolfe,Dennis Dolmage,Joe ~eubauer,Jake Keller
Absent:Ruby Mertes,Gilbert Stanley,James Berner
Guests:Henry Oakes,John Shearon
Henry Oakes and John Shearon were present with the
.Preliminary plat called Shearon Place-to answer any
questions the commission might have in reviewing saidplat.
Jake Keller made the motion and Joe Neubauer 2nd the
motion that the Shearon Place plat,including re-zoning,
be approved and presented to the Council.
Motion carried unanimously.
Filling in for Ruby Mertes,RUby Waugh reported on the
minutes of the Nov.9th Council Meeting.
LeRoy Wolfe will attend the next Council Meeting.
Meeting adjourned.
