The regular meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission was
called to order on Tuesday,November 26th at 7,25 P.M.by
Chairman Casey.Dianna Van Zee was present and taking minutes.
Roll was taken and the following members were present.
Christianson,Korpanty,Royer,Steele.Applegate arrived at 7:45
P.M.Absent:Foster.
Guests:Steve Pierce,John Kursitis.
A discussion took place regarding the check list of Plat/Site
Review checklist.Steele would like to recommend to the council
to use the new revised checklist form.Second by Christianson.
Motion carried 5 to 0.
John Kursitis discussed the comprehensive plan update.
the commission to look over to see if they want to add
out any of the information of the update so far.They

addressed.

Moved by Steele,seconded by Royer to waive the December meeting.
Motion carried 6 to 0.
The next meeting will be January 28,1992.
Moved by Steele,seconded by Applegate to adjourn.Motion
carried 6 to 0.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
