Special Meeting December 1,1970
W~ukeePlanning and Zoning Commission met with the
City Council,Ray Nizzi,Henry Oakes,and Gary Claude
to review and discuss ch&~ging Zoning Regulations and
Ordinances.
Present:.Gilbert Stanley,James Berner,Dennis Dolmage,
Joe Neubauer,LeRoy Wolfe,Ruby Mertes.
Absent:Jake Keller
It was recommended that the Planning and Zoning Comm-
ission study the following ordinances and recommend
changes to the Council.
1.Location of un-ia'ttach ed garages on lots.
2.Footage between houses.
3.Additional space for alleys and easements.
4.Changing of minimim lot sizes in R2 form 50'to 60'.
Meeting adjourned.
