tleet.ingwas called to order by Vice Chairman,Gilbert
Stanley.
Harold Morris has applied for a building permit at 8th
and Ashworth.John Felton presented the plan to the
Planning and Zoning Commission to be reviewed.
Planning and Zoning Ordinance.changes were discussed
at length.Serious consideration will be given to the
following to be presented to the Council for a recom-
mendation for change.
1.Permitting back yard accessory buildings to be 2 to
3 feet from property lines instead of 6 feet.
2.Change of property easements from 5'to 10'.
Meeting adjourned.
Dennis Dolmage will attend the Jan.11,Council Meeting.
