Moved by Neubauer and seconded by Waugh that the minutes of the
previeu.s meeting be approved.
The televising of the sewer was briefly discussed.
The solid waete program was discussed.
The only business to take up was 'Plat No.3 of George Gray's for
extension of 3rd.S"~reet.This waa discussed at length because of
the storm sewer problem in Waukee and also the question of where
Gray Was draining his surface water.
Moved by to approve this plat No 3 under the oondition'the runoff
of surf Me water from storm sewer b.etween lots 50 and 57"onto Paullin's
land is in agreement with 'Paullin and i:!:'sUllh agreement is not mada,
a revised drawing should be submitted to show where the water is to
