Present:Jim Berner,Don Faust,Richard Herbert,Joe Powell,Robert Gallanger,
and Claire Chedester

This Committe studied Plat Seven filed by George Gray and recommends:
1.Gray Avenue be extended thru Plat Sevenc.-'motion by Don Faust,%econded
by Richard Herbert -Carried.
2.Corner lots be 10 feet wider then normal lots.
3.A George Gray staff member be present to answer questions about Plat
Seven at our next meeting.
The Planning and Zoning Committee wonders about the availability of acquiring an
easement mr etc.to extend Gray Avenue to East Street.
One member is needed to fill the vacancies on this committee.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn -carried.

Robinson Engineering Company presented the Sugar Creek Project.This Project
was discussed jointly by the City Council,Dallas County personal,Robinson
Engineering Company,Albright Contractors,and this Committee.General questions
were asked and answered by all concerned.More details,about .this Project,are
planned for our next meeting January 20,1976.
Bud Gray,was present to answer questions about Plat Seven filed by George Gray.
Motion by Luke Gruber:Lots #1 thru #6 be approved as filed,Lot #7 be 85 feet
wide,and Lot #8 must be left vacant until approved by this Committee.Purpose;
possible street to East Street.Seconded by Robert Glalagher -Carried.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn -Carried.
