The regulaD"meeting of the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission
was called to order at 7:30 p.m.on February 4,1985.
A roll call was taken and the following members were present:
Keller,Gutshall,Weeks,Hoifeldt.Absent:Rosenkranz,Mertes,
Demand.
Moved by Keller,second by Gutshall,to approve the minutes of
January 7,1985.Carried unanimously.
Moved by Hoifeldt,second by Keller,to send the Site Plan Ordinance,
as corrected,to the City Council for their consideration and adoption
into the municipal code of Waukee,Chapter 304.A roll call vote
was taken as follows:

Keller,Gutshall,Weeks,Hoifeldt
None recorded
Passed unanimously.
Moved by Weeks,second by Keller,to adjourn.Carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned.
The next scheduled meeting will be March 25,1985 at 7:30 p.m.
