June 4,1985
A special meeting of the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Frank Hoifeldt at 7,35 p.m.on June
4,1985.
All members were present:Demand,Gutshall,Rosenkranz,Foster,
Weeks,Hoifeldt,and Hertes.
Guests present were:Joe Stork,Wayne McKinney,and Bob Christianson.
Moved by Rosenkranz,second by Gutshall,that the Hay 28 minutes
be approved as written.Motion carried.
Wayne McKinney,representing Bob Christianson,wanted the Zoning
Commission to reconsider changing Section 301.13C(1)requirements
for lot area from 30,000 sq.ft.to 20,000 sq.ft.
Moved by Demand,second by Weeks,to reduce lot area mlnlmum
requirements for condominium dwellings to 20,000 square feet from
30,000.A roll call vote was asked by Chai~an Hoife1dt.
Ayes:Demand,Gutshall,Rosenkranz,Foster,
Weeks,Hoife1dt,Hertes
Nays:None recorded
Motion passed unanimously.
Chairman Hoife1dt will be the recommendation to the City Council
meeting on June 11.
Moved by Mertes,second by Rosenkranz,to adjourn.Motion carried.
Heeting adjourned.
