June 24,1985
The Planning &Zoning Commission met at 7:30 p.m.on June 24,1985
for their regular meeting.Chairman Frank Hoifeldt called the meeting I
to order with a roll call of members.
Present:
Absent:
Demand,Rosenkranz,Foster,Hoifeldt,Mertes
Gutshall and Weeks
Guests introduced themselves:Bill Inman and Jack Inman of Woodwright
Construction,Roger Buffington (City Engineer),Joel Romey of Bishop
Engineering,John Bryan (boy scout),and his father Jack Bryan.
Moved by Rosenkranz,second by Demand,to approve the minutes of June
4,1985.J'1otioncarried.
Frank Hoifeldt announced that the City Council was considering a hearing
for adoption of a Site Plan Ordinance for Waukee.
City Engineer,Roger Buffington,presented the Commission with recommend-
ations and comments on the plat document and accompanying material for
approval of final plat--Mary Ann Estates #2.
After a discussion of all the recommendations and comments,a motion was
made by Demand to approve final Plat #2 of Mary Ann Estates,subject to
final approval of the City'.IAttorney Paul Huscher and City Engineer Roger
Buffington.It was seconded by Rosenkranz.A roll call vote was as
follows:

Nays:
Hoifeldt,Rosenkranz,Foster,Demand,Mertes
None recorded.
Motion passed unanimously.
