The Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission met July 21,1987 in regular
session.Vice-chairman '·leeksopened the meeting due to the absence
of Chairman Rosenkranz.
Roll call of members present:Arnie
Casey,Joan Heskett and Ruby Mertes.
Floyd Rosenkranz.
Borchers,Bill Weeks,Mark
Abs ent :Jerry Johnson and
Guests:Bob Christianson and Brian Redshaw.
Minutes of May 6 and 26 were reviewed.Motion made by Weeks,second
by Borchers to approve the minutes.Motion carried.
Reviewed ordinances to be proposed for zoning ordinance changes on
August 11,1987.
Bob Christianson presented a plat for Sugar Creek Acres.Sincehe
does not require any services from the City,the Commission agreed
there should be no problem for him.The lots are to be in 5 acres
parcels,designated as Sugar Creek Association.Will send plat to
Roger Buffington for approval.
Next scheduled meeting to be August 18,1987 at 7:30 p.m.
Borchers.made motion to adjourn,second by Weeks.Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
