A special meeting or the Waukee Planning &Zoning Cowmission was
called to order by Chairman Frank Hoifeldt at 7:;35 p.m.on August
7,1985.
Members present:Mertes,Hoifeldt,Rosenkranz,Weeks and Fost
Absent:Gutshall and Demand.
Guests at this meeting were:Roger Buffington,Henry Krohn,Roger
Buffington Jr.,Joe Stork,and Brian Redshaw.
Moved by Rosenkranz,second by Foster,to approve minutes of July
22,1985.Motion carried.
Roger Buffington Sr,City Engineer,and Brian Redshaw exnlained
enough had been completed on corrections for conformance on final
plat #1,Waukee Estates,to be approved by Planning &Zoning.
lveeks made the motion that we approve final plat if 1 ,iVaukee Estates,
contingent upon the approval of the drainage easement and completion
of public improvements on submission of a certified check.Seconded
by Mertes.Motion carried.
Moved by Rosenkranz,second by Foster,to adjourn.Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned.
