The Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission met in regular session
on September 16,1986.lThechairmancalledthemeetingtoorderat7:40 p.m.with a
roll call of members as follows:
Present:Casey,Weeds,Foster,Rosenkranz,Heskett and Mertes.
Guests:Paul E Huscher
Chairman Rosenkranz announced the resignation of Tom Demand
effective September 15,1986.The resignation was accepted.
Discussion was held with Paul Huscher on ordinances,ordinance
procedures and pre-procedureB.Special areas were assigned to
members of Planning &Zoning as follows:
Preliminary plats &preliminary application-----Bill Weeks
Site Plans--------------------------------------Mark Casey
Final plats-------------------------------------Rill Weeks and Mark
Casey
Subdivision regulations-------------------------Randy Foster
Signs &Utilities,Parking &Set-backs----------Ruby Mertes IDistrictConformityUse-------------------------Joan Heskett
Motion made by weeks to recommend to the City Council that we
annex all property within the City limits that are not already
annexed.Second by Casey.Motion carried.
Next regular meeting to be held October 21,1986 at 7:30 p.m.
Motion made by Mertes to adjourn,second by Foster.Motion
