A special meeting of the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission was '.'-1
called to order by Vice-Chairman,Randy Foster on December 16,1986
at 7:58 p.m.
A roll call was taken with the following present:.Ioan Heskett,Hark
Casey,Randy Foster,and Bill Weeks.Absent:Floyd Rosenkranz and
Ruby Hertes.
Guests present:Roger Buffington,Frank Hoifeldt,RAndy Krohn,Henry
Krohn and Brian Redshaw.
The minutes of October 21,1986 were reviewed.
Moved by Casey,second by Weeks,to anprove the minutes as reviewed.
Carried unanimously.
Northview Estates Plat #2 was discussed with Roger Buffington and
Brian Redshaw remarking that items were complete for approval.
Moved by Casey,second by Weeks,that Northview Estates Plat #2
be recommended for approval by the City Council.Motion carried
unanimously.
Frank Hoifeldt discussed annexation of county properties within the
City limits.The City is investigating tax potential vs.procedure
costs.I
Brian Redshaw discussed the open seat on Planning &Zoning.3 appli-
cants were discussed.
Moved by Foster,second by Weeks,that Arnold Borchers be recommended
for the open position.Motion carried 2 to 1 with one abstention.
Moved by \leeks,second by Casey,to adj ourn ,Unanimously carried.
