Present:Dick Herbert,Don Faust,Joe Powell,Jim Berner,and Claire Chedester
Absent:Robert Gallagher
A special meeting was held with the City Council about Proposed Plat #7 and
their views.After discussing Plat #7 these motions were made:
1.Motion made that an eighteen foot out lot be established between
lots #4 .An easement twenty foot wide be extended easterly
south of and adjacent to the church property for sidewalk and water
thru to East Street.Said easement to tie in with the East end.of
said out lot.Motion -Jim Berner,seconded -bon Faust -Carried.
2.Motion to leave lot #6 of Proposed Plat #7 be left open for possible
street to East Street.Moition Dick Herbert,No·secended.
It should be noted that Proposed Plat #7 was not approved and must be returned
to this Committee for approval.
Motion made and seconded to adjourn -Carried.

The Committee reviewed Proposed Plat #7.Motion made that Proposed Plat #7 not
be approved.Motion Don Faust,seconded Dick Herbert -Carried.
The Committee recommend that an exit be available to East Street.
Individuals fron Inman Realty Company presented a drawing about a new bmilding
project.These individuals explained the project,.many questinns were asked by all.
Motion made and second to adjourn -Carried.
