Absent:Mertes,Johnson and Heskett. Guests:Glen Norgaart,Frank Hoifeldt,Tom Gratias,Rick Ross, Roger Buffington,Pat Green of Iowa Realty,and Kelly Lint with United Equity. Motion was made by Casey and seconded by Pierce,to approve May 31 minutes.Motion carried. Casey moved and seconded by Pierce to approve site plan of Casey's subject to deletion of parking space #5 (parallel)and adding lots 14 and 15 to the legal description •.Motion carried. Casey moved and seconded by Pierce,to approve site plan for Atlantic Bottling Company subject to appropriate landscaping,narking,permits from Dallas County and/or Department of Natural Resources,and meet- ing the requirement for settling pond,deeding 1/2 right-of-way and granting of easements.Mo t Lon carried. Casey moved and seconded by Pierce,changing area now zoned A-I to R-2 which coincides with the legal description according to Petition I to Rezoning submitted by Kelly Lint,president of United Equity Invest-'_II ment Corporation.Motion carried. Tom Gratias presented prelioinary plat for Southfork Plat #2.Discuss- ion concerning possible site for Home Show Expo '89 on 14 of those lots.No action necessary at this time. Borchers made motion to adjourn,seconded by Foster.Motion carried. July 19 will be the date of our next regular meeting.
