motion for approval of plat,seconded by Don Faust.Motion carried.
Don Faust made a motion that the P and Z Commission rotate representation
of member s.vat;City Council meetings.Se€onded by Claire Chedester.Carried.

of same or paTIt of.Motion for approval of same made by Dikk Herbert,seeoneded

A preliminary plat was presented'from Mason Leonard for Sugar Grove Heights
development.Consisting of eleven lots on five acres approximatly one and one
half miles south of Waukee city limit.Motion by Claire Chedester,Seconded
by Joe Powell to approve same.Carried 4-0.

36-T79N-R26W of the 5th P.M.Dallas County,generally north east of the Des
Moines Cbuntry Club,li~ing l~mreles from Waukee City limits.Motion to
approve same made by Claire Chedesser ;0 approve same,second by Vivian Wilson.

Discu~sion and recommedtion that Waukee P and Z Commision meet jointly with I
West Des Moines and Dallas County Commisions and D.E.Q.to encourage cooper-I
ation and gnderstarlding of community plans..
Motion made by Diek Herbert to approve request for voluntaFy annexation of
Norma Franks property soluth of Waukee City Sewer Lagoon as per legal
descri~tion.Motion Carried 4-0.
The September meeting on P.and Z.will be on September 5 because of Labor
Day falling on scheduled Monday meeting date.
