Meeting was call ad to ord er by Chairman
July 20 minutes were approved as r e ad ,
minutes were approved as submitted.
Olson's building addition was discussed.No action to be ta.ken
until definite plans are brought before us.
The secretary's position is still unfilled.Anyone interested
in the position should contact Remo Niizzi,Town clerk.
It was noted that the correction was made in the legal
ation for the Octpber 26th hearing on Zoning Ordinance
The Commission will take under study any proposal for annex-
ation and future developement of Town property around the

Council,Waukee Planning and Zoning,Dallas County Planning
and Zoning and Dallas County Supervisors.
Bernard Boone,mayor of Waukee,opened the meetin~and in-
troduced David Cargill and Mike McCann,Civil Engineering
Consultants,representing William Kirkland who owns and or
has under option lIeD acres in Eastern Dallas County.They
presented to the group a preliminary plan for a development
in Eastern Dallas County.
The corporation plans call for
dwellings with shopp~hg areas,
units per acre.
Dallas County Planning and Zoning now has the plan under con-
sideration and no action has been taken at this time.The
presentation was made to Waukee with an interest in pussible
