November 1,1982
The November meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission was called to
order at 7:35 p.m.on November 1,1982.Members present were:Dan Moore,
Lee Felt,Frank Hoifeldt,Norma Franks,and Nicole Keller.Absent were:
Pat Gutshall and Bruce Buxton.
Guests present were:Mayor Joseph Neubauer,Councilman Gordon Christianson,
and City Administrator Brian Redshaw.
The minutes of October 5 and 19 were read.Moved by Hoifeldt,second by
Franks to approve.The motion passed unanimously.
The Commission discussed the City Council's final approval of Plat 10 and
the Council's rejection of rezoning proposals.Also discussed was the
subdivision ordinance.Hoifeldt is going to send letters to the city
attorney,city engineer,and the Council requesting a list of suggested
changes.
Brian Redshaw presented the newly annexed properties to consider rezoning
from A-I.Keller moved and Felt seconded to leave all properties A-I.
The motion passed unanimously.
Keller moved and Hoifeldt seconded that the regular meeting be changed to
the first Monday of the month to avoid conflict with City Council meetings
and that our by-laws be amended to read so.The motion pass unanimously.
The next regular meeting will be Monday,December 6 at 7:30 p.m.
Moved by Keller,second by Moore to adjourn.The vote was unanimous.

The regular meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission was called to
order at 7:30p.m.Members present were:Dan Moore,Bruce Buxton,
Lee Felt and Frank Hoifeldt.
The Commission discussed land dedication ordinance,S303.ll0--Street
right-of-way,8303.l66--Street trees.
Moved by Felt,to remove requirement 8303.166 from the subdivision
regulations because of possible root damage to sewer lines.Dan Moore
seconded the motion.Motion carried unanimously.

unanimously.
