The specially.called )'leetlngof Waul~ee Planning &Zoning was held
December 27,1988.Chairman Foster called the J'leetingto order at
6:05 p v m ,
l1embers present:Heskett,Mertes,Pierce,Foster,Casey and new member,
Eric Korpanty.Absent:Borchers.
Guests:Brian Redshaw,Allen l1unsterman and Kelly Lint.
A letter was distributed frOm Snyder &Associates concerning the final
plat for Corene Acres Plat #11.Discussion was held on the improveJ'lents
and iteJ'lslisted.Redshaw assured P &Z that he had paper in hand to
satisfy all of the iteJ'lsfor conformance to City of Waukee Subdivison
Regulations.A check for $3500 DO was to be presented for Park Devel-
opment Fund by Kelly Lint to the Waukee City Council.Pierce made the
J'lotionthat we recommend to Waukee City Council to anprove final plat
1fll for Corene Acres as presented.Second by Casey.Ho t Lon carried.
Casey made the motion that the minutes of November 15 and December 6 be
approved.Heskett seconded.Hotion carried.
Election of officers for 1989 was briefly discussed.
Casey made motion that officers now holding their positions be the saJ'le
for next year.Second by Heskett.No vote was taken at this time,
tabled until the January 17,1989 meeting.
A motion to adjourn was made by Casey,second by Korpanty.lfution
carried.

The regular postponed meeting of Haukee Planning &Zoning met at 7:00
p.m.on January 24,1989.Chairman Foster opened the meeting.A roll
call of members present:Casey,Korpanty,Borchers,Foster,Pierce,
Heskett and Mertes.
Guests:Brian Redshaw,Al ~1unsterman and Rick Ross.
Casey made moiton that the minutes of December 27 be approved,second
by Borchers.Hotion carried.
Motion was made by Heskett to nominate Steve Pierce for chairJ'lanfor
1989,second by Borchers.
Borchers moved that nOJ'linations cease,second by Casey.l10tion carried.
Vote was taken by ballot.Pierce was elected chairman 4 to 3.All
