Absent:Jim Berner and Don Faust
The Planning and Zoning Committee met with Paul Huscher,City Attorney,to
discuss new Sub-division Ordinances.
Motion to adjourn made by Dick Herbert,seconded by Bob Gallagher,Carried.
January 4,1977
Present:Dick Herbert,Bob Gallagher,Don Faust,and Claire Chedester
Absent:Jim Berner,Joe Powell,and Vivian Wilson
Planning and Zoning meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M.
Motion made to change the normal meeting to the first Monday of each month.
Motion Dick Herbert,seconded Bob Gallagher,Carried.
Motion made to accept November 16 artd December 7,1976 monthly minutes.
Motion Dick Heruert,seconded Bob Gallagher,Carried.
No other business,motion to adjourn Don Faust,seconded Dick Herbert,Carried.
