The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A sight plan was presented by Mr.Fales and Mr.Skinner on
the Hinkson property at 2nd and Ashworth.The plat did not
meet the side yard requirements but the zoning commission
felt it was the best arangement for the property.A motion
was made by Bob Gallagher to have the board of adjustments
review the plan and act on it.Seconded by Dick Herbert -
carried.
Mr~.Johnson inquired about zoning regulations on h~S
property east of the car wash.
No futher business.A motion was made to adjourn by Joe
Powell,seconded by Dick Herbert -carried._~

Planning and 7,oning meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr.Poole had some questions on his property boundaries and
zoning at 7th and Ashworth.The commission answered some
questions on zoning regulations and suggested he have his property
surveyed for lot lines.I-'
