7:31 P.M.on Tuesday,March 1,1994 by Chairman lloyd Royer.
Dianna was presont &taking minutes.
Roil was taken and the foil owing members were present:alazanin,
Hoifeldt,Christianson,Royer,Steele,Korpanty.
Absent:Applegate
Guests:John Kursitis-V&K,Mark Gruber-Zoning Administrator.
Frank Duroy-Co.Rep.,Representative from Phoenix Farms
Subdivision.
Motion by Blazanin,second by Korpanty to approve the minutes
from 1/25.Motion carried 6 to 0.
Phoenix Farm subdivision-This subdivision is within the 2 mile
boundary of Waukee.The developer will change the set back
requirement and street right-of-way.They will need to ask for a
variance regarding the dry sewers.They will be 5 acres lots.
These will be for single family lots.They will probably use
rural water.Jan Blazanin discussed how important it is to have
the roads in the subdivision done to City standards.The
developer will contact Dallas County and make the necessary
changes before coming before the Planning and Zoning Commission
next.

The Midwest Mobile Home Park renumbering-a discussion took place
regarding the renumbering of the Midwest Mobile Home Park and it
was motioned by Steele and seconded by Christianson to refer this
to the Fire Department and to report back to the Commission with
their recommendations.Motion carried 6 to 0.
John Kursitis reviewed with the Commission part of the Zoning
Ordinance Updates that had already been changed.The Commission
was Ln.s t r u c te d r t o r ea d -the new updates through page 30-for the
next meeting.
Next meeting will be March 22,1994 at 7:00 P.M.

Motioned by Blazanin,seconded by Christianson to adjourn at 9:12
P.M.Motion carried 6 to 0.
