The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Vice-Chairman Steele.
Present:Steele,Korpanty,Hoifeldt,Heskett.Absent:Applegate,Royer,Blazanin.
Also present:John Kursitis,Kurt Rueckel,Jeff Downing,Douglas Saltsgaver
BUDGET STORAGE SITE PLAN
Douglas Saltsgaver of JBM Engineers and Planners was present to discuss the site plan of
Budget Storage -a mini warehouse on Lot 3 of Enterprise Business Park.
Mr.Saltsgaver explained the elevations and that the building would be brown or beige,that it
would have a wrought iron fence,that landscaping has been added with trees 1 Y,inches in
caliper,and that a five foot access easement has been added to the east side of the building.
Motion by Hoifeldt,2nd by Heskett to approve the site plan for Budget Storage with the eastern
wall being divided up so that it was not one continuous wall.Motion passed 4-0.
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE REVIEW
The commission went through the remainder of the subdivision ordinance including the addition
of the language establishing impact fees.This Ordinance will be brought to the next Planning
and Zoning Commission for final consideration.
Motion to adjourn at 9:40 by Korpanty,2nd by Heskett.Motion passed 4-0.
