MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 28,1999 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MTG.
The September 28,1999 Planning &Zoning Connnission was called to order at 7:13 p.m.by
Chairman Steele.
Roll Call.The Chairman asked for a roll call vote and the following Commissioners were
present:Steele,McCoige,Applegate,and Korpanty.Absent:Hoifeldt,Bennett and Royer.
Additionally,Councilman Nick Gruber was present for the meeting.
Agenda Approval.Motion by Commissioner Korpanty,second by Commissioner Applegate to
approve the agenda.The Commission Chairman asked for a role call vote:Ayes:Korpanty,
Applegate,Steele,and McCoige.Nays:None.
Adoption of Previous Meetings Minutes.Motion by Commissioner Korpanty,second by
Connnissioner McCoige to approve August meeting minutes as amended.The Commission
Chairman asked for a role call vote:Ayes:Korpanty,McCoige,Applegate and Steele.Nays:
None.
Indigo Ridge Plat 2 Final Plat.Motion by Commissioner Applegate,second by Connnissioner
Korpanty to reconnnend City Council approval ofIndigo Ridge Plat 2 Final Plat,provided that all of
Veenstra &Kimm's recommendations are met;the punch list is completed and all documentation is
provided in a timely manner for staff review.The Connnission Chairman asked for a role call vote:
Ayes:Applegate,Korpanty,McCoige and Steele.Nays:None.
Southview Estates Revised Preliminary Plat Approval.Motion by Commissioner Korpanty,
second by Commissioner McCoige to approve Southview Estates revised preliminary plat and
recommend City Council approval subject to Veenstra &Kinnn's comments being complied
with and the recalculated parks fees being paid.The Connnission Chairman asked for a role call
vote:Ayes:McCoige,Korpanty,Applegate,and Steele.Nays:None.
Windfield II Plat 1 Final Plat Approval.Motion by Connnissioner Applegate,second by
Connnissioner McCoige to approve Windfield II Plat 1 Final Plat and recommend City Council
approval subject to the completion of the punch list;agreement on sidewalks specifications along
Warrior Lane being reached;and all supporting documentation being provided to staff in a timely
manner.Ayes:Steele,Korpanty,Applegate,and McCoige.Nays:None
Adjournment.Motion by Commissioner Applegate,second by Commissioner Korpanty to
adjourn at 8:22 p.m.The Commission Chairman asked for a role call vote:Ayes:Applegate,
Korpanty,McCoige,and Steele.Nays:None.
