MINUTES OF THE TUESDAY OCTOBER 23,2001 PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING.
Chairman Steele called the October 23,2001 meeting of the Planning &Zoning Commission to
order at 7:02 p.m.
Roll Call.The Chairman asked for a roll call and the following Commissioners were present:
Steele,McCoige,Willits,White,Hoifeldt,Schoeberl,and Korpanty (7:08).Absent:None.
Council Representative present:None.
Agenda Approval.Chairman Steele asked if there were any changes to the agenda.None.
Motion by Connnissioner Hoifeldt,second by Connnissioner White to "Approve the Agenda".
The Connnission Chairman asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Hoifeldt,White,McCoige,
Schoeberl,Willits,and Steele.Nays:None.
Adoptiou of Previous Meetings Minntes.Motion by Commissioner Hoifeldt,second by
Connnissioner Willits to "Adopt the October 9,2001 meeting minutes with one correction,
eliminating Korpanty from the Roll Call on Approve the Rezoning Request and the Flagging of
the Lot Located at 215 Ashworth Drive.Chairman Steele asked for a roll call vote.Ayes:
Hoifeldt,Willits,McCoige,White,Schoeberl,and Steele.Nays:None.
Approve the Rezoning Request for Lots 8,9,and lO,Walnut Ridge Subdivision.Carolyn
Chase has requested the rezoning of these 3 lots for the purpose of building a single family house
on lot 10.Motion by Connnissioner McCoige,second by Connnissioner White to "Approve the
rezoning request for Carolyn Chase for lots 8,9,and 10,Walnut Ridge Subdivision contingent
that the lot can support a septic system".Chairman Steele asked for a roll call vote.Ayes:
McCoige,White,Hoifeldt,Schoeberl,Willits,Korpanty,and Steele.Nays:None.
Adjournment.Motion by Connnissioner Willits,second by Connnissioner Korpanty to adjourn
at 7:18 p.m.Chairman Steele asked for a roll call vote:Ayes:Willits,Korpanty,White,
Schoeberl,McCoige,Hoifeldt,and Steele.Nays:None.
